1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above, with a valid driving licence. All users must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in their rental agreement.

 

3. Vehicle Rental Terms

• Booking: All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or before the rental period begins. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Vehicle Usage: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was hired. The hirer is responsible for any damage or accidents occurring during the hire period.

• Insurance: All vehicles are insured, but excess fees may apply in the event of damage or an accident.

 

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Using the vehicles for illegal activities.

• Misrepresenting your identity or payment information.

• Tampering with or damaging any of the vehicles.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Cardiff Van and Car Hire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services, unless such damage is due to our negligence or breach of contract.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
